What's your shipping policy?
All our packages are shipped around the world by 'Correos de México' (Mexican Postal Service) and prices are established by them. Sometimes it takes more time to arrive because all the customs processes; please be patient, your pack will arrive.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends of the country and the numbers of CDs you're buying because the cost of the shipment is defined by the grammage; you can also see that information in our store before you proceed to check-out.

What I get is not what I ordered, wtf?
We're so sorry, we're humans and since we're a small record label, you know, mistakes can occur; don't be panic please contact us directly and we will send you the correct CD(s).
Where can I track my order, where is my track number?
